This is the correct answer. Two guys can just walk into the same bathroom one after the other and no one will suspect anything. But a guy can't just stroll into a women's restroom to meat his gal.

Gay men are so promiscuous that we're just bound to have sex in public restrooms, and even places that you never dreamed of.

I don't think he means it that way. From a practical standpoint, it's much easier to find people to have sex with in a public restroom if you're homosexual rather than heterosexual, for obvious reasons.
