Berkley is getting hurt a good bit by this ethics scandal, which shows up in the favorables (though not in the headlines).

More Democrats are undecided in this poll. Plus, Democrats tend to under poll in Nevada and it's not out of the toss-up category by these numbers. It is still a competitive race.
