Has Santorum said more blatantly false things than any other recent candidate?

I think Bachmann told more blatant lies than Santorum, but out of candidates who are still in the race, it's a close call between Romney and Frothy. Not that any of our candidates are exempt from lying, but geez. This particular election cycle is pretty bad.
