Let's imagine that opebo has moved to France, ran for President this year, somehow got on the ballot and got the second highest amount of votes, and then faced Sarkozy in the runoff.
How does he do in comparison to Le Pen 2002?

Well, Anti-Sarkozysm is so strong that I could actually see 20 or 25% of voters supporting Opebo.
Don't count on it with a standard right-winger, though.

Le Pen's performance in 2002 was nothing to write home about, in the wider realm of things. 16.9% is big for the far-right, but not a spectacular result.
