You are still cheating. You need to do it per capita. I think you will still "win" though (just by a mere 10-1 margin or something).

And don't forget that slaves count only as 3/5th persons for such a calculation.

The unique misfortune of the Palestinian refugees is that they are a weapon in what seems to be a permanent war...today, in the Middle East, you get a repeated sinking sensation about the Palestinian refugees: they are only a beginning, not an end. Their function is to hang around and be constantly useful as a goad. The ultimate aim is not such humane small potatoes as repatriating refugees.

I don't see why they should count at all - that 3/5ths thing was just a political trick by the South to get more representation, no?
For economic purposes they were similar to cattle or hogs. What was the white population of the US in 1860?

What's not to get? They've been a critical player in American history from the beginning of the colonial period. And what to do
with
them has been the seminal question the entire time. Without black people, you wouldn't have the United States. You'd have Canada.

If one is blue, it likely indicates that they are suffocating. Stop with your damn girly feelings with "liking" them and help dislodge whatever is constricting their airway.
