Canada: Liberal
UK: Liberal Democrats
France: En Marche!
Germany: CDU, only for Merkel
Netherlands: D66
Austria: SPÖ
Poland: PO
Italy: PD
India: INC
Japan: Democratic
Australia: ALP, although the Greens don't completely suck here
Brazil: Whatever party is best to stop the libertarian coup

Because this is not a good time for instability in Europe (and the West as a whole), and overall, liberal democracy is looking pretty fragile right now. No, I do not agree with much of the CDU's domestic policy, but Germany, the strongest country in Europe, can't be turned over to a geopolitical novice lefty when outside forces are trying to weaken the EU and NATO. Maintaining the liberal world order is important to me.
