I choose D. What's your opinion?

Most of my posts here are about English exercises I come across in my teaching experience. I find them puzzled so I come here to make sure.

I chose A, because it says to dress like a local person once you're there; it doesn't mention dressing like a local before you travel. The second point tells you to learn how the locals treat foreigners, so D is ruled out.

The answer would be A.

By the way, did you know that in the future China will have more English speakers than the United States?
