Mainly Cain (who used a Pokemon quote in his concession speech, for goodness sake), and Colbert (duh), but I think Gingrich was a joke up until he became the "not-Romney" candidate. Once Santorum became the new not-Romney, he's slid into being a joke again.

But I think the biggest joke of all was Thaddeus McCotter. I have no idea why he ran, and I have no idea why he thought he had a chance.
