So, Obama is trailing Romney in the national poll by 4, but is only losing North Carolina by 2?

Does Rasmussen really poll, or do they just use their own thumb?

Yes, Rasmussen does tend to keep his thumb on the scales in favor of Republicans.

In 2010, Rasmussen had Inouye winning the Senate race in Hawaii by only 13%. He won it by 53%.

In all fairness it's known to be super-ridiculously hard to accurately poll Hawaii.
