As the Great Randy Newman has informed us, there's nothing dumber than a Southerner.

Educated? Almost surely Mississippi, in a formal sense. Doesn't make them more intelligent, of course.

Mississippi is full of private 'academies' which neglect to teach science.

While Obama was snorting coke and memorizing Marx, Romney was out there helping people and building success.

West Virginia - free collective bargaining state, strong state Democratic Party, liberal Senator Jay Rockefeller.

Mississippi - right-to-work-for-less state, weak state Democratic Party, two conservative Senators.

The choice is pretty easy. West Virginia by a mile.
