I trim the head hair with clippers, no gaurd about once a month or so.  Other than clipping off the runners, the beard hasn't been cut for about 6 years now...I think...it's been a long long time.  Nothing else gets touched.

About once every three days; I do my best to avoid looking like a terrorist. Longest I've gone without shaving post-9th grade was during the 2010 NHL playoffs. Which worked out rather nicely.

Have had a proper beard for something like seven years now. The shape changes from time to time and I'm currently keeping it comparatively tidy. This tends to involve scissors when trimming it, but a razor for general tidying stuff and so on.

Anyways, as I have the world's worst five o'clock shadow it's a question of having a beard or multiple shaves every day. And I'm lazy. Also proper beards are cool and so on.
