I now request unanimous consent to waive the mandatory 72 hour debate requirement and proceed immediate to a final vote. Senators have 24 hours to object.

We will have a vote here soon, and I would ask that the Senators make haste in voting on it. I am tired of the delays here.

This fixes the mistake in the previous one and is intended to be rammed through quickly since the other one was found to have a problem after it passed. Since the messed up one was unanimous, I don't expect opposition to this cram down. Evil It is for the good of the Senate. Tongue

This should have been finished three days ago. All it needs is one more vote for heaven's sake. Roll Eyes
