Well, he'll have to work with a Democratic legislature, so he couldn't implement Walker-style policies as Governor even if he tried.

Union smashing has passed through numerous Democratic legislatures in the past.

I meant that 'union smashing' was revelatory about his attitude, not 'past' about his point, but yeah, that too.
