If I'm reading our election laws correctly, PyrotheFox was not legally eligible to be a candidate in this election:

I don't know whether the region's election laws supersede federal requirements in this case; if so, we'll need to fill two seats in the special election. (In which case I certainly hope that Pyro runs.)
