Rarely... sometimes a couple molars get sensitive to cold or contact with anything hard. Grinding my teeth while asleep for many years put a bit of wear and tear on them, so it is to be expected.

does tooth sensitivity constitute a 'toothache?'

I figured it counts if the pain or discomfort persists after eating.
