Third Amendment to the Caucus Infrastructure and Formation Act
1. Independents are hereby allowed to register with a caucus.
2. Any Independent that wishes to register with a caucus must do so in the New Register thread.

If the amendment version of the other CIFA passes, we can table this.
That means when we vote on the other one, it must be done quickly.

This is an improvement on the current bill, but I favor the complete abolition of federally-recognized caucuses. I mean, if you're going to do this, you might as well go back to what caucuses used to be before the caucus bill, which were vaguely-allied groups of people from disparate parties.

Since the other bill passed, Motion to Table.
If Polnut vetoes the other bill we can simply defeat the tabling vote here.

Section 5: Rules on Motions to Table
1. Any Senator can, during a period of debate, introduce a motion to table the legislation.
2. The PPT shall open a vote on the motion to table. This vote shall last for a maximum of two (2) days during which time the Senators must vote. Voting may be declared final at any time if the motion to table has been approved or rejected.
3. For the motion to table to pass, two thirds of those voting (excluding abstentions) must support the motion.
4. Tabled legislation shall be taken off the Senate floor.
A motion to table the pending legislation has been entered and seconded by another Senator. A vote is now open on the motion to table the pending legislation, please vote Aye, Nay, or Abstain.
