In terms of delegates (as opposed to straw poll votes), almost certainly Nebraska, as the only remaining caucus/convention state.  The Montana process is the closest thing to a smoke-filled room the GOP has this cycle.

For clarification: In MT and NE, only the percentages for the primaries count.
