Most of my posts here are about English exercises I come across in my teaching experience. I find them puzzled so I come here to make sure.

3 is C and 4 is D, but the entire passage has some horrible grammar.

Question 1 would be problematic if they didn't mention that London was a capital. There are Londons in both Canada and the United States, and the one in Canada is large enough to certainly have many fine schools.
