To make regions more evenly-sized, this is everything north of the Ohio River and east of the Mississippi River.

The unique misfortune of the Palestinian refugees is that they are a weapon in what seems to be a permanent war...today, in the Middle East, you get a repeated sinking sensation about the Palestinian refugees: they are only a beginning, not an end. Their function is to hang around and be constantly useful as a goad. The ultimate aim is not such humane small potatoes as repatriating refugees.

Uh, Pennsylvania because it's closer, I guess.

Would've picked Wisconsin, but not at this time for obvious reasons.

The true birthplace of automotives. The state south of Michigan. In fact I'm from the birth city of the automobile. We have the City of Firsts, the Circle City, Touchdown Jesus, John Couger Mellancamp, Covered Bridges, the Jackson 5, and a town named Santa Clause,

We are Indiana

Nope.  While Studebaker was one of the few carriage makers to successfully transition to making horseless carriages, they were not the progenitors of the American automobile industry.

The citizens of Springfield, Massachusetts would differ with you as far as American automobiles are concerned, and the citizens of Mannheim, Germany would point out that all American claimants to being the birthplace of the automobile don't know what the heck they are talking about.
