Real Americans understand that re-electing the freedom-hating Barack Hussein Obama will only drag the country forward into a socialist apocalypse. Vote Gromit.

The funny part is the MSNBC has been trying to sell "Lean Forward" as their slogan to try and seem like their editorial lineup is for forward-thinking and not just bias toward Democrats. Obama taking on the word 'Forward' throws a wrench in that plan.

This campaign slogan makes "Hooray for Clay" in 1844 look like Ray Bradbury-like genius.

I actually think it's a pretty good slogan, though it doesn't make me any more likely to support him.

This slogan plays right into Romney's hands. One of Romney's biggest attacks of Obama is that he's running a diversionary campaign: Obama will do anything to deflect from his record. This slogan proves it. It's a transparent attempt to get people to ignore Obama's economic failures and look "forward." You couldn't really combat the "change" slogan because it was all about the future. "Forward," on the other hand, is much easier to undermine.

Forward into oblivion. Vote for Obama.
Forward into prosperity. Vote for Mitt.

You are incredibly witty.
I don't think so myself. Simple truth shows that this country was much wealthier in the past than it has been during the obama administration. A proper slogan would be 'backward'.

I mean, what can Mitt Romney go with? "I like firing people"?

Didn't Margaret Thatcher use "Forward Together" as the Conservatives' tag line at one point in the '80s?

If Obama used that slogan, there would be some Republicans who would cite the use of the word 'together' as proof that he is a socialist.

Come on now. Republicans criticizing Obama's diversionary slogan is no different than Democrats harping on every single thing Romney says as if it's some gaffe. It's all fair game.

I agree that it's mean to all leap on every awkward thing the first viable candidate for President with Asperger's Syndrome says. It's not his fault.
