Given the other half of this poll, I'm going to say definitely a major outlier without confirmation.

I'd guess that they have too high a sample from the southern portion of the state.

Haha, then Romney must actually be leading by around 30 points!
Seriously though, I think Tomblin will win, but I doubt it's changed this much from last November.
