George Allen will likely outperform Mitt Romney by roughly 3 points. Romney certainly needs to improve his numbers to at least 47% or so.

Prior polls listed here show Allen getting roughly 2-4% more of the vote than Romney.

Allen and Romney have similar favorability ratings, but Romney's unfavorability ratings are much higher.
