Yes, the computers at Survey Atlasia were programed in February of 2009. Any office held prior to that creates an error message. Our programers are working on a possible solution, but it doesn't appear one will be forthcoming in the immediate future do to lack of funds and the undersirability of re-programing in the midst of an election cycle.
