I try to save Excedrin for migraines because the caffeine is so good and at this point I don't even really take much other than maybe a few ibuprofen and a joint for a regular headache. Which is extremely effective for the record. And I hate Percocets and other more intense pain killers, so that's out.
Seriously you should try this powdered aspirin with caffeine (sorry its not DC Powdered Aspirin its BC Powdered Aspirin):

One of the few things I miss...

Very interesting, I will certainly try to remember that. Thanks!

Ibuprofen works fine for a headache. Anything OTC is completely worthless for any other kind of pain.

It helped somewhat with my backaches I mentioned (about as effective as the massages I tried as well, though I suppose an actual professional, therapeutic massage might've been more effective than the rubs you get at the places I was going to) before I tried the faith healing thing.
