If Romney thinks he's going to be the first Republican to win Pennsylvania since 1988, it would be a sign of poor judgment on his part.

If he can create 500,000 new jobs a month, he can win Pennsylvania.

True, but Romney will not be creating those 500,000 new jobs a month until after he becomes President in 2013.
