Why is Windis disapproved of? I'd like those who voted against him to step forward and explain, I cannot fathom that.

I didn't vote in this poll, actually, and think all VP canddiates are fairly decent (Cincinnatus being the best, of course Wink) but I'd imagine Windis' unpopularity stems from his ideological somersaults.

Most of you weren't around when the hardline libertarian Senator Windis decided he was a Stalinist midway through his term and left office with a zero percent approval rating. Tongue

I'll be frank and say I don't only strongly disagree with his ideology and views (beyond perhaps any one else on the board) but I find his absolutist method of stating them and discussing them to be objectionable...he is a smart person and he and I could possibly get on well outside of a political setting but his ideology doesn't sit well with me

I haven't voted in this poll, but given what i know about Windis(Labour & pro-israel), allying himself with RP is quite traitorous. I also don't understand why people like the Labor candidate less than Tweed. Either Labor party underwent a schism or it is not turning out to these polls.

It's the ridiculous tantrum he threw after he lost in the at-large Senate election. Cussing out the voters and your opponents doesn't exactly build one's image. I consider Snowstalker a joke candidate and his is the sole declared ticket that I won't be preferencing.

And you had first preferenced him in that race too.

That's the point. There's an alliance between these two people, almost opposites, in order to unite Atlasia.

I'm unsurprised by my rating, and I realize it's mainly because of the personality I put across on Atlas so yeah. My ideological shift probably didn't help either.
