For the Mideast, why not have Peter Bell and DanielX each pick one, and then have Peter and Daniel agree on one other candidate.

Their will probably be an official Constitutional Convention Thread that will be made. Some, though, may be done over AIM.

I would not support a thread here as anybody can just come on in and give input, which ruins the whole "private delegation" thing we have going.

We also need some leadership, that way this convention isn't a free-for-all.

Chairman: Opens votes, debate, etc.
Secretary: Counts votes, makes transcripts of debate, and puts together everything...

SUGGESTION: I will make a private forum offsite that all delegates register in and we hold it there.

I was thinking more of a candidates and vote thing, not the Attorney General just yelling it out. To balance it out, I say one of the leaders be a blue avatar.

I nominate Lewis Trondheim for chairman and Peter Bell for secretary.

To make this as unbiased as possible, I think no candidates should hold special positions in the convention.

I nominate Harry for chairmen and AndrewBerger for secretary.

I didn't mean for that to be a decree, just an idea.
I had thought Peter Bell perhaps because of his previous association with the constitution, and Lewis Trondheim to give him a test to see whether he the leadership ability and wherewithal to be president.  But it was only an idea.
I now see you wanted to be secretary.

Okay what I say it should be is:

1. We have a Chairman for the Convention.
2. We have a Vice-Chairman for the Convention
3. Their will be a Convention Secretary
4. People nominate themselves for the positions
5. On the first day of the Convention we will have a vote for the three positions stated above.

we need to elect the chairman, vicechair, and secretary before the convention starts, so the three of them can meet and plan a schedule and all.
And I would like to be on the ballot for chairman.
