Using this and this and with the understanding that the slates broke down as follows:

Slate 2/3: Uncommitted Conservative (former Santorum/Gingrich)
Slate 5: Romney
Slate 7: Paul
Other slates overlapped with the above

I calculated the county results for the Louisiana caucus. I used your method of only counting the results from the highest vote-getting delegate for each slate in the district. The results are below:



Also, a caucus site tended to cover multiple parishes per this page.
