Romney is cutting the lead here - trailed by 25 in April. I wonder if he'll be able to keep Obama under 60%.

When an incumbent is up 20% or more, then the undecided are probably almost exclusively on the other side of the political spectrum. People rarely change their core values quickly, and almost never as the result of an electoral campaign.
