It's an electoral map of 1800.  I know Cathcon did something like this for his TL, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do it.

Had to jiggle with the code. For one, use 1824 as the year since there are no earlier map years for this system. For two, in order to include Maine, which was part of Massachusetts, just give it the same color as MA but don't give it a number. For three, you can copy these maps to paint using the screenshot key on the upper right of the keyboard and edit from there.

'Cause I changed the code but didn't bother to remove the quote tags. (my original intent was to past the link into another tab to see, which is why I never got around to removing said tags)

Thanks; so for MA including ME, I leave the ME-relevant parts of the code but delete the part with EV (ex: "&ME=6;8;5"?

On a completely different note, what does everyone think of a President Rufus King?

If the middle one is the ev number, then it ends up "&ME=6;;5".
