When will my imprisonment end?

I realize that just because house arrest ends doesn't mean I can actually speak without censorship, but I'm just curious - how much longer will my five-day imprisonment last?  A couple of weeks?

Yes I have been under 'moderator review' - the mods post in my name - for about the last month or so.  I don't know when I will be able to make my own posts again - they haven't given me any indications or communicated with me at all regarding the matter.

Has there been any Dave sighting of any form or nature for the past month or so?  I think the system may need some modifications perhaps. Among other things, having the mods "process" each post of a poster in limbo for months on end is well, just ridiculous isn't it?

Nym was not mocking you opebo. I think he was saying that only Dave can get you out of limbo. Nym did not create this system, Dave did. Nym is a mere conduit. At least all of this is my surmise. Not everyone is your enemy opebo. Really.

That's correct, it was a serious suggestion, and a true statement. I apologize if my tone of genuine frustration with the fact stated was perceived as mocking.

My understanding is that it is a five-day punishment - that is how it is described in the threatening messages from the authorities each time you receive death points. 

It doesn't wait for points to drop off - you just receive the five day punishment upon arriving at 50 death-points.  Then, after the five days, you're back as an ordinary inmate, until you rise to 75 death-points and receive another five days in the hole.

IIRC, I actually spent 6 days in the hole at 50 and at 75...and, of course, a month of solitary when I hit 100.  

Yes, those are the precise rules - five days at 50, five days at 75, and a month at 100.

I have emailed Dave on opebo's request asking how mod review is to work. As previously stated I do not have any further insight or control in this area than anyone else, but I would be happy to act as the conduit for any communication with Dave if a poster would prefer not to contact him directly for whatever reason.

May 10th is eight days ago - three days of misapplication of the rules (I would say 'injustice' but obviously that would be absurd).  What is wrong?  Is it that hard to do your jobs?  Perhaps you should resign in favor of other more capable candidates.

Did something happen in the intervening 40 minutes since Nym's post?  Nym said the ball was in Dave's court, and nothing could be done until he bounced it back. The Mods have a Dave script that they must follow I assume, as a term and condition of their "employment." What I do know, is that Dave has been out of pocket during your entire limbo tenure, so his inaction has nothing to do with you personally. It means he is pursuing other dreams and aspirations at the moment.

Does it all suck?  Yes, it seems it does. Dave needs to grant his agents more authority while he is so deflected it seems to me.

Btw, the 30 day thing dropping down to 8 days, is one of those things one might try to avoid. Just a thought. A extra 25 day lockup perhaps because the warden is on vacation, is just not the same thing as 3 extra days is it?
