Could you please just leave this forum? You are doing nothing but aggravating everyone and ruining our good debates. Take that Yale degree you printed out on your ink jet printer and go to some other forum. lol

Aw Mommy Mommy, the other kids are picking on you.  You ruined the debate for yourself by being an imbecile.  Yes I will be on hiatus from this forum, but not because you want me to, but because I am sick of lowering myself to talking to rednecks like you and 14 year olds from Europe that couldn't even find Iowa on a map.

No but you clearly should have been.

What makes me stand you is the fact that you are probably some socially awkward 20 year old with tons of zits living in your parents basement. You say you went to Yale, yet I know 13 year olds who are smarter than you. Do you realize nobody takes you seriously?

George Bush. If the Dems could put out a Breaux-like Democrat I would vote for him.

John Breaux hey?.... all was been a big supporter of the guy (personally had Clark been nominated I always said that Breaux would have pretty much have had to have been his VP...but that’s by the by)... why would you vote for him over Bush?...

He represents the old school Democrats. He truly cares about  issues effecting the working class. John Kerry and the new Democrats don't. They have really lost thier way regarding thier former ideals. It's sad that the DNC can't put out another FDR, Truman, or even LBJ. Instead they put out another Mondale or Dukakis. People who are out of touch. It's a sad day when the Republican candidate is the one who represents blue-collar America.

I do agree with you to some extent, but you're wrong on the last part. That GW Bush somehow represents working-class Americans is one of the great myths of modern politics. We're talking about a guy who never had to lift a finger, a guy who always had his rich parents to bail him out of trouble, a guy who not once in his entire life had to worry about paying the bills. Besides, he represents corporate interests more than any President in history.

They are both rich, and both grew up rich, both haven't had to do anything. And Kerry's service in the Navy was erased by his anti-war activism. It's the differance in thier attitudes and approach to life. It's more of a cultural thing when it comes to these two, not that I love George Bush. The guy is ok. He was better than Gore and is better than Kerry. I'm not one of those Republicans like Hannity that practically believe that it's divine right that put him in office

I agree with the fact that some Dems are indeed out of touch.  I really wanted John Edwards as well.  Some are too much bleeding heart activists that worry more about women's rights and gay rights rather than toughening SEC regulations and fair trade.  I'm tired of these New England prep-schoolers that have no sens of reality as well (Kerry and Bush).  I still respect Kerry for the fact that he feels some sense of obligation to America whereas GW is a glorified PR guy used to soften the edges of corporate greed by acting like a stupid frat boy.  If not for his Daddy, he would be lucky to be a used car salesman.  I find however there are more Dems addressing these issues than Reps, though some are good there as well.  I agree wiht women's equality and gays allowed to do whatever they want, but don't rub it in my face.
Lol.  Define "rubbing it in your face."

Probably Bush, despite how bad of a president he was in his last term, there was no way I would vote for Kerry and voting for Nader would just be a waste.

In retrospect, I'd have voted for Bush as by this point most of Bush's worst policies (his tax cuts and the Iraq War) had already been enacted while a Kerry administration would probably have been unable to implement even the moderate reforms of the Obama administration while being hit with the Great Recession.

Kerry in a two party system, Nader in a multi-party system.
