Does anybody have the data of the Philly wards/divisions for the 1984, 1992, 1996, and 2000 elections? 

The Committee of Seventy has the data for most elections, but not the ones I mentioned. 

I was really surprised to see Dukakis and Carter both doing well in parts of South Philly in '80 and' 84.

the interesting thing is that CD 3, which was entirely within Philly proper was won by both Bush and Reagan in 84 and 88.
