Surprised no one you know likes Santorum.

Eh, I'm not all that surprised. Most of my friends are not going to "like" politicians on facebook anyway so we're starting off with a very small sample to begin with. Santorum is also a random former senator from another state that no one had heard of until this year. His base is older folk who live in rural areas and Evangelical Christians. I am young, live in an urban area, most of my friends are highly educated, and I hardly know any Evangelical Christians. My entire family except me voted for Mitt Romney in the primary.

Now, if Santorum had actually won the primary, I'm sure some of my friends would have "liked" him.
