In real life he may well be a halfway decent person to his friends and family, but on this forum he's typically been an arrogant jerk to a lot of people. He treated people who disagree with him on pretty much any issue with utter disdain, and if you happened to be gay he'd make some rather snide comments or jokes about your sexuality. He never seemed to understand the notion that even if you don't respect someone's opinion that doesn't necessarily mean you have be disrespectful to the person.

This is true, but there are far more extreme bigots(Pingvin, NYJew) that come to mind, and should be permabanned. Pingvin even wants all brown people to die/be enslaved.  I think it's that he was our only true good-ole-boy evangelical stereotypical southerner that was a goldmine for awesome quotes.

One problem with Kevin's thesis, is that jmfcst probably got the bulk of his death points from blue avatar mods. His response no doubt is that they are RINO's, but while I suppose a case could be made as to that with respect to Mr. Moderate (and yes, this forum probably has more "wet" blue avatars than red ones, at least when it comes to the percentages), when it comes to Inks, I don't think that dog will hunt. Meanwhile we have a few hard right blue avatars (one of whom rather continually irritates me, and no, I won't say who, and no, it isn't whom one might think), who don't seem to have death point problems.

So I just got back from church (I wanted to sleep in today so I didn't go to my normal one, I went to a different sort of hipster/emergent one that meets in the afternoon) and I realized in the talk about God's new creation that even if he never makes any socks I WILL see jmfcst again. He will be there in the new creation, along with all of us from the forum, and perhaps we will have our own sort of equivalent to the forum that we will be in at one point, like the last season of LOST. And Straha will be there too, and so will all ex-forumites, even the ones we could not stand. This forum will in a sense exist forever.
