Based on current polls:



0-1% lead = tossup (lime green)
2-4% lead = slight (30% shades)
5-9% lead = lean (50% shades)
  10+ lead = strong (80% shades)

HI and CT should be in the medium red category.

Hawaii was D+9 (PPP) and D+20 (Honolulu Star Advertiser) in the last 2 polls. Therefore "strong".

Connecticut was D+3 in the last Quinnipiac poll, out this week.
