Poland beating the Dutch and the Spanish? Really?

Okay, this is an very optimistic prediction for Poland, but they play at home and everything is possible.

And you never know what can happen. Greece, after all, won this tournament the time before last.

And in the good old traditions of these tournaments, the host is already receiving help from the referee...

That red card was really something.

Excellent way to open the tournament.

Indeed, hard to believe Poland and Greece made it that entertaining.

Good that Paul the Octopus is no longer there to take the suspense away.

This means that Germany can knock out the Dutch by beating them in the next game! Grin Grin Grin

Wait to see how we play tonight... I'm expecting a clear win, but I'm nervous as always...

How about almost having another goal controversy in a Germany game? Wink

Thankfully it wasn't a goal...

Well to be fair, Portugal was, IMO, the better team. Got lucky here. But a win's a win.

No, I will stay in Germany. It was only a joke Cheesy

That's good. We need someone to be the minirity in Bayern Wink

At any rate, Portugal was the better team. They really should've at least equalized.

Ballack predicted the same score line as I did! Smiley  He's the only non-dumbass on the ESPN set.
I am scared to think what kind of utter dumbinkses you must be comparing him with.

You have no idea...

How is Ballack's English?

Well, I think I pretty much have to be against Italy (although I dunno..Spain losing would be refreshing), but I'm looking forward to a good game and expect a draw.

Just like I had to do something terrible and root for Chelsea to prevent Barcelona from winning again, today I will do something perhaps even worse and root for Italy to prevent Spain from winning again.

Yeah that is actually reasonable.
