So how will the 2012 Presidential Election play out by congressional district?  Here's the 2008 Presidential Election by 2012 boundaries for starters:






The partisan numbers for this map can be found here.  Note that Kansas has yet to decide on a redistricting plan.

Just color Kansas all blue and be done with it. As to CA, well maybe about 5 of the 53 CD's are in play. How fascinating!

I'd guess here in MD it'll be similar with a chance at the Western Maryland district flipping.

Florida will be rather uninteresting in this regard. Same as the above map except the Port St. Lucie district (very top part of the South FL one) flips R and the one around Tallahassee flips D.
