We've done this a lot for Congressional ones, so here's the thread for the state leg.

I'll do Minnesota's, feel free to do other states. The House districts are what I'll name, the Senate ones are just House combined. I'm going to use Canadian style. Maps for the record:

01A: Kittson-Roseau-Marshal
01B: Pennington-Red Lake-Polk
02A: Lake of the Woods-Beltrami-Hubbard
02B: Mahnomen-Becker
03A: Koochiching-Lake-Cook
03B: Hermantown-Duluth Northwest-Two Harbors
04A: Moorhead
04B: Norman-Clay
05A: Bemidji-Itasca West
05B: Cass Central-Grand Rapids
06A: Chisholm-Buhl-West Itasca
06B: St. Louis North
07A: Duluth Northeast
07B: Duluth South
08A: Otter Tail West
08B: Otter Tail East-Alexandria
09A: Wadena-Todd-Cass South
09B: Morrison
10A: Crow Wing West
10B: Crow Wing East-Aitkin

To be continued....As I said, feel free to add other states.

I don't know, I think the beat-back that happened in the wake of the Inks-Deluge debacle (and the descent of Leip to address it) means that the Mods don't have the standing right now to pull off a ban of a big-name poster.  this place would absolutely erupt, at least for opebo.  jmf maybe a bit less so, but still an outcry.  doesn't mean it could not happen at a future point.
