This is a common syndrome among the youngs who migrate like moths to the flame of power. Many have the maturity of some of our posters when they were 12, and do what this jerk did, which is call people names, like "Tommy boy,"  which while it may get his rocks off is ineffectual, embarrassing and does not serve his master well. I wonder if Hayworth was aware of his "style." If I ever saw anything remotely approaching this, particularly if he were acting as my agent as it were, he'd be bounced immediately. But then I would like to think I would never hire anyone in this mold in the first instance.
