Yes. It's just incomplete.

I would do it, but my Bible teaches me not to force it down people's throats.  I am to proclaim the Word of God, but I am not to force it down anyone's throats and as much of a friend that jmfcst was, I believe he was shoving it down our throats.

I don't need this forum to read Bible verses, so no. The Religion & Philosophy board certainy lacks the activity jmfcst brought to it, though.

No, jmfcst would have been better off quoting Shakespeare rather than the Bible. His texts are much more interesting. Smiley

What an odd way to phrase the question.

No, it doesn't feel right, therefore I voted yes?

No, because most of the time his Bible verses were at best only vaguely relevant to the topic being discussed.

Honestly, I'd already forgotten about him.

So what exactly is the point of participation here for you?  Your interlocutors are not personalities to you?

That doesn't change the fact that they were a forum staple, and the forum just isn't the forum without it.

I'm not sure it is safe to comment directly, but let me say that though it is a 'half-life', life under such terms is still life, n'est-ce pas?

Ask jmf, the most recent victim of the forum's capital punishment policy.

Oh don't worry, we've still got you here to make inane polls about things only you really care about.

But if it really bothers you here's a Bible verse that has no relevance to this thread:

Deuteronomy 22:28-29 - 28 If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, 29 he shall pay her father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.

Better?
