Wow, sometimes this forum matches Yahoo Answers politics in hackery. This really,
really
this isn't a legitimate question. Many of the places Bain invested in while Romney was there weren't the kind of jobs that even could be outsourced to China (like retail or resturaunts) or creaters of equipment that requires skilled labor (medical supplies, car parts) that would be easier produced in North America. Anyone answering with option 1 has no excuse.
