Reagan or FDR.  You can just forget the rest.  I go with Reagan since he had more personal charisma.

FDR's disability would have been an issue and the Press would not have hidden it.  That could have hurt him very badly.

He was elected to four terms, but he really only served three. He died just a couple months into the fourth.

Yeah.  I know.  If you've noticed, I've done 3 different ones of these.  For the 2 termers, the 1 termers, and no termers.  I am going purely on the basis of elections.  For all intensive purposes, Harry Truman should probably be included in this poll.  Cause he served almost all of FDR's fourth term.   But because he was actually only elected once himself, I put him in the one termers poll.
