Oh yeah. They'll shut down the government over Planned Parenthood or whatever and this time with Republicans in the majority of both chambers, it will drag on a lot longer than the last one did.

Over Planned Parenthood funding? No way. Some fraction of the GOP caucus may try, probably egged on by Ted Cruz, but I think enough will recognize that this is not a practical way of stripping off their funding and would backfire spectacularly.
