Their numbers show France as having the largest net upswing in favorable opinion of the US since the early Iraq War years:

The Greeks seem to have a low opinion of everyone else in the Western world at the moment.  The poll also shows them with unfavorable views of the EU, NATO, and even the UN.  Interestingly, though, they have a higher opinion of both China and Russia than other European countries:
