Quite possibly, Goldwater's voting for the Civil Rights Act would have kept some of the black vote on the Republican side.  Nixon received a third of the black vote in 1960; it dropped to 5% by 1964. 

Keeping everything else the same, if Goldwater had received even 20-25% of the black vote,  it may have swung Florida to Goldwater (only other close states such as Idaho, Utah, and Nebraska wouldn't have enough blacks to make much of a difference).  More significant, it may have kept the black vote somewhat bipartisan and would have ramifications lasting to today.
