Inspired by the Obama victory thread.

For me, it would be Option 1.

I remember being so upset when I woke up on 11/3/2004 that I literally vomited. I don't think it will be that bad, unless we get slammed in the congressional results as well.

Happy/Hopeful.  I would also add "relieved" that the Democrats have finally gotten Obama off from around their necks.

Depressed... because he's just such a rotten candidate, without any principles.

I don't really care anymore. My feeling could primarily be described as: Happy to live outside the country.

Time to start the book "The Decline and Fall of the American EMPIRE" as current events.

It is likely that the Republicans have won the Senate and enhanced their hold on the House and gained some State legislatures... and the shady interests behind the Reactionary party really call the shots.

THe only legislature that they could really gain at this point is Arkansas.  They are pretty maxed out and face near certain losses in Minnesota, Oregon, and Maine.

I wouldn't be scared- Romney will just do whatever is popular at the moment.

I'll be upset though, because the lesser candidate won.

I'll be happy the Occupy movement exists. Do you honestly think Occupy is going to tolerate this?

So what will the movement do about it? If I may ask?

The same things that dissidents do in any dictatorship.

Relieved that I can finally complain again about how dumb US Americans are. Wink

Our current president was elected by voters who mostly were ignorant even of which party controlled Congress.

There's a reason why Democrats hate and fear intelligence tests for voting.

http://hotair.com/archives/2008/11/18/video-how-obama-got-elected/

All the objective evidence shows that Obama is the dumbest man ever to sit in the Oval Office, except when his vice-president visits.

Wow.

I don't blame you for not knowing -- because you probably trust the MSM and it will never tell you this -- but the Democrats have a lock on the high school dropout vote.  In America, the dumber you are the more likely you are to vote Democrat.

I'll feel the same as if Obama wins. Hopeless because neither of these guys understand that our current fiscal situation isn't sustainable. Romney might be better at cutting wasteful domestic spending and reforming entitlements but he'll be even worse at cutting our military budget and advocates even more overseas investments.
