Seriously, if the Democratic Party ever purges itself of all the relics that stand with the party in name only, we might get somewhere in this country. At least we'd know our real head count. Having 60 Democratic Senators doesn't mean anything when 5-10 are going to vote like Republicans.


That wont be an issue.  We're going to take ND, NE, MT, MO, WI and at least 2/4 of NM, VA, FL, OH

Meh, we only need 41 to sh**t on your parade.

Oh, they will. They've stayed Democratic by and large due to economic issues and will remain that way, at least at the state level. WV & AR abandoned Democrats at the national level a long time ago, although I'd expect to see a decent resurgence come 2016 - regardless of candidate (assuming he or she is more fair-complected).
