I like this, although I'd like to see another committee for foreign affairs, which I'll introduce later as a separate bill.

Could you include the administration of the armed services under that committee?

I should have been more clear; it would an Armed Services/Foreign Affairs committee.

Good point.

EDIT: If we have 3 committees, and you can only serve on one, then every Senator serves on a Committee, which is a waste.  I think it should be you can only Chair one, and even then that remains an unwritten rule we can waive if necessary.
