Two good choices, but McKinley. Coolidge helped set up Hoover's problems.

McKinley/McKinley. He is underrated, although today that's changing as historians are reevaluating him.

They're both better than Bush, but yuck.
If Teddy Rossevelt was McKinley's running mate, I'd vote for him.
